The Voice Season 25 Judges

On February 26, 2024, NBC debuted the 25th season of the American television reality show The Voice. Carson Daly, who is back as the host of the show for his twenty-fifth season, presents the season.

The Voice will return for its historic 25th season in the spring with a new cast of instructors including Chance the Rapper, John Legend, Reba McEntire, and, in a first, Dan + Shay.

These coaches will assemble their squads at the Blind Auditions by choosing a brand-new group of performers. Below is the list of the Voice Season 25 judges given.

Reba McEntire’s

  • Reba McEntire’s is the second season judging on The Voice, beginning with Season 25. The formidable country music star acted as Mega Mentor on season 23 before replacing Blake Shelton in the captain’s seat for season 24, when she tied for second with her 16-year-old protege Ruby Leigh.

John Legend

  • On The Voice, John Legend is returning for his eighth season. Legend and Maelyn Jarmon took home the 16th season of The Voice.

Chance the Rapper

  • For his second stint as an instructor on The Voice, Chance is returning. He mentored the Top 12 performers of season 24 after winning season 23.

Dan + Shay

  • The initial coaching duo to compete on The Voice is the country duo Dan + Shay. They previously served as coaches with Blake Shelton in season 20 and filled in for Niall Horan as a stand-in coach in season 24 when the previous member of One Direction’s tour schedule interfered with the squad’s preparation for the deletions. They will take seats in a custom-made red double chair designed to fit the two of them.

What competition is included in The Voice season 25?

When Season 25 of “The Voice” resumes to television this month, those recognizable red seats will soon whirl around once more in an attempt to find the next big vocalist.

At the end of February, NBC will premiere Season 25 of the venerable reality singing competition, which will include both new and veteran coaches as a group of aspirational singers from throughout the nation attempt to break through.

A total of five competition phases are included in the show’s format: blind performances, battle rounds, knockouts, playoffs, and live performance shows.

This season, the “block” will also be back, wherein a coach can push an additional handle on their chair to stop another head coach from registering a new player to their squad.

What does the winner of The Voice Season 25 get?

Naturally, the title champion of The Voice receives $100,000 as well as an agreement to record with Republic Records, as have past winners. The winner of season 24 also received a family trip to either the Universal Theme Park in Florida or Hollywood, California.

The blind auditions episodes 2 and 3 are slated for broadcast on Thursday, February 27, 2024, and Monday, March 4, 2024, respectively, after the official release on February 26.

What is the Format & Selection Process of The Voice?

The initial strategy two weeks of every season is known as the “Blind Auditions,” when coaches assemble teams of performers to guide. There are 8–16 artists per season, depending on the amount of artists. During a show, instructors turn their chairs regarding the crowd, and fans who are interested in a particular artist hit a button.

One coach can prevent another coach from receiving a competitor by using the “Block” option. Coaches match up two colleagues to perform in the “Battle Rounds,” selecting one to move on in the contest. With the advent of “steals” in the third season, celebrity advisers support coaches throughout the combat stage.

In Season 23, “Playoff Pass” took the place of saves. Artists sing solo performances in succession during the Knockout Rounds, and coaches select which performer moves on to the next round.

The Elimination Rounds were replaced in season six by “Battles, Round 2”. Coaches have the authority to select which singers move on to the next phase once each vocalist is partnered with a teammate. The two selected people compete with each other and only one can get the title of winner.
