The Krushak Assistance for Livelihood and Income Augmentation (KALIA) scheme was launched by the Odisha government to accelerate the growth of the agricultural sector and reduce poverty in the Odisha state.

On 11 March 2024, the Odisha government deposited the installment of the KALIA scheme under the accounts of beneficiaries and extended the scheme for the beneficiaries for 3 years till 2026-27.
The government has deposited Rs 2000 through DBT to the accounts of beneficiaries. According to reports, the government has proposed an expenditure of Rs 6,029 crore for the KALIA scheme (2024-2027).

How to check your name in the KALIA Yojana list?
The applicants can check their names on the KALIA official website through the following steps and see if their applications got approved by the authorities for the benefits of the KALIA scheme:
- Go to the official website of the KALIA Scheme mentioned above.
- Now, navigate to the Beneficiary List option on the homepage of the website.
- Now, select your District, Block, G.P., and click on the option of “View.”
- The KALIA Yojana beneficiary list will appear in a PDF file.
- Fill in the captcha and download the beneficiary list of the KALIA Yojana for your district.
- You can find your name on the KALIA Yojana list CTRL+F command easily.
If any beneficiary whose name is on the list but hasn’t received the payment, there could be a chance that his bank account information is incorrect.
In such a case, the government advised the beneficiary to contact his Panchayat Nodal Officer with a copy of bank account information and Aadhar card. The officer will help you avail yourself of your benefits for the KALIA scheme.
How to track the status of your KALIA Yojana Status?
The applicants of the KALIA scheme must stay updated on their KALIA Yojana status to know about any updates on the scheme and their application status.
Follow the steps to check your KALIA Yojana status on the KALIA portal launched by the Government of India’s Agricultural Empowerment Department:
- Go to the KALIA portal mentioned above.
- Now, tap on the “Online Grievance Application Form” in the top right corner of the website.
- Now, click on “Track your application” at the right-hand corner of the option opened on the next page.
- Now, enter your Token/ Aadhar number and click on the “Show” option.
- Your application status for the KALIA Yojana will appear on your screen.
How to apply for Odisha’s KALIA Yojana 2024?
The small or marginal farmers who haven’t applied for this biggest-ever scheme of Odisha for farmers can apply for the scheme by following the steps given below:
- Go to the KALIA Yojana portal, the link is mentioned above.
- Click on “Apply online,” right now the government has stopped the application process, so you can apply for the KALIA yojana once the application is open.
- When the application is open, you will see the instructions for the application on the page and be asked to enter your Aadhar number.
- Now, fill out your Aadhar number and click on the show button, the application form for the KALIA scheme will appear on your screen.
- Now, fill in all the required details asked on the application form carefully.
- Upload all the documents, review your application for the KALIA Yojana, and submit it.
The regulating authorities of the KALIA Yojana will review your application and if you are eligible your name will appear on the beneficiary list of the KALIA Yojana.
The next amount to the beneficiaries of the KALIA Yojana will be paid to your Aadhar-linked bank account, so make sure you have finished your KYC and updated your bank account.
