Validity of Philippine NPC

  • The validity of a police clearance in the Philippines is six (6) months from the date of issuance.
  • After six months, the clearance is considered expired and invalid. It is important to note that police clearances are not renewable, and a new application must be made after the clearance expires.
  • This means that the clearance can be used for any purpose requiring it within that time frame, such as applying for a job, visa, or other official documents.
  • However, after six months, the clearance becomes invalid and you will need to apply for a new one.
  • The validity period is calculated from the date of issuance, not the date of application.
