GMRIT has a motivated and well-qualified faculty. Over the years, the Institute has attracted competent teaching professionals from across the country.

The campus is a mini township that offers faculty a gamut of facilities, including accomodation, recreation, banking, basic shopping, etc. The Institute also provides its educators financially-supported leave for pursuing masters and doctoral degrees from premier institutions. The management significantly incentivises publications and frequently invites guest speakers to share their experiences and knowledge with the learning community.

GMRIT is prepared to offer suitably qualified educators compensation that is higher than AICTE norms.
